Today View
The Today view is your daily planning hub. It shows upcoming events and tasks that need your attention.
What you’ll see
The Today view automatically pulls in:
- Events scheduled for today or upcoming days
- Todos that are due or marked as high priority
- Recent pages you’ve been working on
Two modes
Choose between two layouts in Settings > Preferences:
- Classic mode: Timeline view with drag-and-drop scheduling and a sidebar
- Enhanced mode: Three-pane hub with separate sections for schedule, todos, and recent pages
Daily planning
Use the Today view as your starting point each day:
- Review what’s coming up
- Check off completed todos
- Adjust priorities as needed
- Drag events to reschedule (classic mode)
Events and todos shown in the Today view are live - any changes you make here sync across all pages where they appear.
